MISHA L. DUNFORD - ATTORNEY & FOUNDER
She is originally from Walnut Creek, California, but was raised in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. Dunford obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton in 1999 with a major in Communication/Public Relations. Ms. Dunford also obtained her teaching credential and was a high school English teacher for several years. As a teacher, Ms. Dunford was exposed to many of the familial challenges and adversities that her students had to endure on a daily basis. Chasing a deeper desire to help her students and other families like her students’ families, Ms. Dunford decided that real change could only happen by working within the system. She ultimately decided that working as an attorney would be that mechanism for change. Ms. Dunford obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton in 2007 and became a member of the California State Bar that same year.
Ms. Dunford has practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area since she became licensed in 2007. She has practiced in the areas of Criminal Law, Juvenile Delinquency Law, and Juvenile Dependency Law. Ms. Dunford currently practices in the areas of Family Law, Special Education Law and Juvenile Delinquency Law. Ms. Dunford has traveled throughout the state as a speaker for the State Bar of California’s Incubator Initiative. This program encourages and assists new attorneys in starting their own practices. Ms. Dunford has 2 children and has been married for 18 years.

VINCENT A. DIZON - ATTORNEY
Vincent was
born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor's degree
from the University of California, Davis in 2002 with a major in History. Before attending law school, Mr. Dizon worked
in the non-profit sector of Marin County.
He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of
Dayton School of Law. After graduating from law school in 2007, Mr. Dizon moved
back to the Bay Area and has been practicing law for the last ten years. His
main practice areas are Family Law and Criminal Law. Mr. Dizon tirelessly works to achieve
successful results for his clients. Mr.
Dizon has 2 children and has been married for 8 years.
VINCENT A. DIZON - ATTORNEY
Vincent was
born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor's degree
from the University of California, Davis in 2002 with a major in History. Before attending law school, Mr. Dizon worked
in the non-profit sector of Marin County.
He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of
Dayton School of Law. After graduating from law school in 2007, Mr. Dizon moved
back to the Bay Area and has been practicing law for the last ten years. His
main practice areas are Family Law and Criminal Law. Mr. Dizon tirelessly works to achieve

Dizon has 3 children and has been married for 10 years.

JANEEK M. MOLLIQUE - LEGAL ASSISTANT
She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay
Area. Ms. Mollique obtained her
Bachelor’s degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2017 with dual majors
in English and Criminal Justice. Ms.
Mollique aspires to obtain her J.D. and is currently working towards that
endeavor.
JASON L. JOHNSON - SENIOR PARALEGAL
Jason L. Johnson is a Paralegal at Dunford Law Group, LLP. Jason earned his American Bar Association (ABA) Paralegal Certification in 2013, from California State University, East Bay. Jason's years of experience in support of successful and award winning attorneys make him the ideal point person when contacting Dunford Law Group. The majority of Jason's experience is in Family Law. However, he has extensive experience in other areas including Probate, Civil, Special Education, and Criminal Law. Jason's determination, empathy, and keen eye for detail make him a valued and resourceful member of our team.
Jason is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Marine Sergeant in 2004. Jason is married and has three children, aged 19, 17, and 7. His hobbies include camping and motorcycling.
Maria Valencia - Legal Assistant
Maria Valencia came to Dunford Law Group, LLP as an intern and is now our legal assistant. She is currently a student at Merritt College where she will be graduating in May 2022 with her Paralegal Certificate and Associate's Degree. Maria has held a 4.0 GPA while in school and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at her college. Maria plans to continue with her education by transferring to a university and obtaining a bachelor’s degree. She has a passion for family law and understands firsthand how emotional this area of law can be. In her free time Maria enjoys baking, spending time outdoors with her daughter and her Maltipoo rufus.
